You have to be aware and see the uncomfortable part as well because even though it is much better than your regular diet it is not a magic formula and you should not treat it like it is. It is a choice that you want to get a leaner, healthier and overall have a better physique. You have to be aware of all the parts of this diet before you jump into it but if you decide that it is worth it then good for you because you are going to achieve the shape of your life.
